to the Terms of Use
.
Use of Razzul is also governed by our End User License Agreement. Please

Our commitment to be the leading provider of software and Internet-based
products that assist parents in ensuring that their child has a safe online
experience means that our business will continue to evolve as we introduce new
products, services and features to the Web Sites and Razzul. Because of
this, from time to time, our policies will be reviewed and may be revised. Kid
Innovation reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and
notify you by posting an updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Web
Sites. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page so that you
are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what
circumstances we might disclose it. The amended Privacy Policy will apply
between Kid Innovation and you whether or not we have given you specific notice
of any change.
-
Your personal information is important to us.
Kid Innovation respects the importance of your privacy. You have a right to
make your own choices about how your and your child's personal information is
collected and used. We know that when you provide personal information to us
you are showing your trust, and we take that seriously. Unless you consent
otherwise, Kid Innovation will only collect and use your and your child's
personal information as we explain below.
-
Collecting information about you.
Except as stated below, Kid Innovation will not collect or monitor any
additional personal information about you or your child without your consent.
The information we do collect is as follows:
-
We collect information when you enter your personal information on our site,
for example, by registering on one of the Web Sites;
-
We collect some or all of the following information when you choose to download
and/or purchase Razzul: your IP address, your name, postal address,
e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card number.
-
We collect some or all of the following information when you register a child
using Razzul: your child's name, your child's age in years, your child's
gender, and your child's interests and hobbies (in general terms). We shall
also ask you to provide a "buddy list" of e-mail address with whom your child
will be permitted to correspond via e-mail or instant messaging. You may also
have the opportunity to provide or edit lists of approved web sites that
your child will be permitted to visit.
-
If your child uses Razzul, we collect and maintain a listing of the
internet addresses ("URLs") for the web pages that your child accesses and
attempts to access, as well as the e-mail addresses of persons who either send
e-mail or instant messages to, or receive e-mail or instant messages from, your
child.
-
We may occasionally ask visitors to complete surveys and opinion polls about
their attitudes and interests. Surveys help us to understand your needs and
tailor our products and services to your needs. If you participate in one of
our surveys, you can be assured that we do not maintain any personal
information about you in our databases as a result of the survey. If excerpts
from survey answers are subsequently posted on the Web Sites, no personally
identifiable information of the respondent will be included.
-
If you contact us, we may also keep a record of that contact.
-

There may be times when we share aggregate, non-personal information about our

with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties in an
effort to customize or enhance the content and advertising of our sites for our
users. We may also aggregate data from web log files (such as your web browser,

acquired by that business entity. Such sharing of information will only occur
in accordance with a confidentiality agreement. Should such a combination
occur, we shall use our best efforts to require that the new combined entity
adhere to this privacy policy with respect to your personal information.
-

environment, we cannot assure that all of your private communications to us and
personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in
this Privacy Policy. For example, we may be forced to disclose personal
